When you access the website, technically necessary data (such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested and the browser used) is processed to deliver the website securely and reliably. 3. Contact form
If you use the contact form, the information you provide (name, email address, optional phone number and your message), together with technically necessary connection data, is processed so that we can receive and respond to your enquiry. Transmission, spam checking and delivery are handled by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). Formspree may also store submissions in its Formspree inbox.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is intended to initiate a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in reliably processing enquiries.
According to Formspree, its technical infrastructure is operated in the United States, and it relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses when acting as a data processor. Further information can be found in Formspree's Privacy Policy and security information.

This website can display a post from Instagram (provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). To protect your data, the post is not loaded automatically. Initially, you will only see a preview image. A connection to Instagram's servers is established and the post is loaded only when you actively click “Load video”. Instagram will then receive your IP address and possibly other data. The legal basis is the consent you provide by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDG). Further information can be found in Instagram's Privacy Policy.
6. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are loaded locally from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers, and no data is transferred to Google or any other provider.
7. Date requests through Cal.com (two-click solution)
We use the Cal.com booking service (Cal.com, Inc., USA) to let you choose and request a date. To protect your data, the booking calendar is not loaded automatically. A connection to Cal.com is established only when you actively select an appointment type. Cal.com may then process data including your IP address, browser and device information, and cookies or similar technologies.
If you subsequently submit a date request, Cal.com processes the information you enter. Depending on the appointment type, this may include your name, email address, phone number, the name and address of the organisation, institution or event venue, type of event, number and ages of the children, requested date and any additional notes. If you reached this website through a campaign link, source and campaign parameters (UTM parameters), including an applicable campaign or kindergarten action code, may also be passed to Cal.com. This information is processed to handle and coordinate your request and to attribute it to the relevant campaign. The legal basis for loading the calendar is the consent you provide by making a selection (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDG), while the legal basis for the booking information you submit is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Cal.com states that data may also be processed in the United States. Further information about data processing and your rights can be found in Cal.com's Privacy Policy.
